You are invited to join us for a FREE Introduction session to Old Yang style Tai Chi.
Free Introduction sessions are 30 minutes long. Free Qigong and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan  classes are 60 minutes long.

Free Introduction sessions are offered on:

Saturday morning 9am-9:30 am

Sunday morning 9am-9:30 am.
