You are invited to join us for a FREE Introduction session to Old Yang style Tai Chi.
All free sessions take 90 minutes. First 30 minutes for an introduction to Tai Chi, and next 60 minutes for a Beginners Class.

2 classes are available over the break, Dates: Saturday August 24 and Saturday August 31
Time: 9:30-10:30 . Qigong and Beginner Tai Chi and 10:30-11:30 Intermediate Tai Chi
All classes resume as usual from September 3rd on
